A win-win: Your idea, their project.

Build your idea, while building their skills.

Both our AI-Enabled Full Stack Developer Program and Transformation Design's MVP Projects provide the opportunity to make your dev and/or design project a reality over 12 weeks, while working with a highly skilled talent pool. Our learners, many with advanced post-secondary degrees and real-world experience, have also successfully completed our metaskills program. After contributing an affordable donation to our bursary fund, successful MVP project applications are able to access nearly 2,000 development hours (or up to 200 design hours) from an exceptional group of emerging talent. They offer strong problem-solving abilities and unwavering commitment to collaboration, laying the foundation for your project's success and long-term impact.

Affordable & Impactful

If your project is selected, we request a minimum donation of $1,500 to the InceptionU learner bursary fund. This not only ensures cost-effective software development/design work for your project, but also paves the way for the next generation of aspiring developers and designers.

Submit Your Project Idea

Begin by completing the project submission form at the bottom of this page with any relevant details. We often have many more MVP Project applications than we can support each cohort, so the earlier you submit your application, the better!

Project Selection & Team Alignment

Our team carefully reviews each submission to ensure a match between your project with the experience and skills of our talented learners. We will reach out to those submissions that are best suited to gather any additional information, and ultimately make a decision.

Hear from previous MVP Project companies:

Honestly, it was absolutely amazing. [...] They did more than bring it to life; we were able to use it, test it, and whatnot, and really see the vision, and also expand on the vision through the creation so it was absolutely amazing, especially when you are creating a startup. It's hard. There's a lot of money that goes into it, and so having the opportunity to create an MVP at a lower cost but still having such a strong technical team to support that was absolutely an honor. I think I had a pretty amazing team.

InceptionU's MVP program was the perfect opportunity to Collegium to work with, test, and identify top talent for our hiring needs. We are proud to say that we employ three graduates of the InceptionU program and fully intend to source more elite talent from the next cohorts.

Luke West, Founder
Collegium

"At the simplest level, it was a relatively low-cost way of being able to test our ideas. We liked them so much we hired all three of them to continue working on it."

[The FSDev project team] blew me away just with their ability to problem solve. Honestly, they picked up the stack we were using, the technology. They picked up the odd frameworks that we chose. It was a very fluid integration.
