Practical education for Alberta's hospitality teams
InceptionU builds the technical and problem-solving capability your property needs, from cybersecurity and AI to critical thinking and communication. AHLA members save 10% on every program with code AHLA10.
Why this matters for hotels
The risks your property actually faces.
Guest data is a target.
Properties hold payment cards, ID scans, loyalty records, and property management system access, spread across shifts and seasonal staff. Cybersecurity Foundations gives front-line and management staff the habits to catch the most common attacks before they land.
AI is already in your inbox.
Staff are using AI tools whether or not there is a policy. AI Foundations gets your team using them well, and knowing where not to.
Short enough to actually attend.
Three-hour live sessions your team can absorb between shifts, not weeks away from the property.

Alberta employers can be reimbursed for eligible programs.
The Canada-Alberta Productivity Grant (CAPG) reimburses part of the cost of eligible employee programming after it's complete. Current employees are reimbursed 50% (up to $5,000/employee/year); unemployed people or new hires under 30 days are reimbursed 75% (up to $10,000). The employer pays 100% up front, and the application must be filed before the program starts, roughly 30 days ahead.
