How many people can join a package?
Packages are built for teams of 10 to 20 people, so the shared vocabulary and habits actually take hold. You're welcome to bring more: additional registrations beyond 20 are $500 per person.
What's included in the $15,000?
A full day with your team covering all three sessions in the package. One flat price of $15,000 per cohort (up to 20 people), in person or virtual.
Is delivery in person or virtual?
Both. Packages run in person across Calgary or virtually for distributed teams. We'll work out the format and schedule that fits your team when we plan the cohort.
Can we adapt a package to our team?
Each package runs as a private cohort for your team, so we hone the delivery, the format (in person or virtual), and the industry examples to fit your context. The three sessions stay the core of the package. If you're after something further, tell us and we'll talk through the options.
