Danielle is a graduate of Cohort 5 of the InceptionU program. We were blown away by Danielle’s technical ability, growth mindset, and passion for learning. To have her join our team was a no-brainer.

Danielle is one of our tech facilitators and is a huge source of support for our learners, helping them through challenging times and guiding them to find the appropriate resources. As a previous learner in the program herself, she brings a unique and empathetic perspective and is able to guide the learners in achieving a quality of product and work that they would have never thought was possible. 

Her previous jobs in customer service helped her learn patience and empathy which are valuable skills when working with new developers. She is able to make learning programming fun, accessible, and meaningful. 

Outside of work, Danielle loves playing board games and is seriously competitive about Scrabble!
