Nicole is a key member of our intake team, helping to ensure a great fit between applicants and the InceptionU program. With over 20 years of business experience, with a focus on sourcing and recruitment, Nicole has helped key organizations in Calgary find the best talent to further their business development goals.

Like many on the InceptionU team, Nicole transitioned from nursing to recruitment early on in her career. She loved helping people, but realized her strength and passion lied more in the realm of business, organizational management and finance. She moved quickly from book-keeping, office management and HR generalists positions into talent and recruitment within different organizations.  She then launched her own recruitment consulting company and works with various clients to help them source top talent. 

Nicole loves spending time with family and friends, road trips, exploring new restaurants and fine wine. Her happy place is hanging out on a beach with a good book and great tunes.

What essential skill is helping you to be future fit? Relationship building - it is key to really getting to know people and understanding their core values. This helps to ensure successful applicants, new hires and the growth of individuals and teams.
